InsideMaps is a Silicon Valley AI-driven real estate tech company. As the remote Technical Product Manager owning the Inspection Capture app and the appraisal vertical, I was responsible for driving a new business vertical from concept to delivery — coordinating a cross-functional team of 15+, including roughly 10 engineers, entirely remotely.

What I did

  • Owned the full product lifecycle of the Inspection Capture app: discovery, roadmap, sprint planning, and launch.
  • Defined and drove the appraisal vertical expansion, aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders across time zones.
  • Led cross-functional ceremonies (sprint planning, retros, stakeholder reviews) for a distributed team of 15+.
  • Translated complex field-data and AI-model requirements into clear engineering specifications.

Outcomes

→ Successfully launched the Inspection Capture app and established the appraisal vertical as a new revenue stream.

→ Maintained delivery cadence across a fully distributed team spanning multiple time zones.

Nagad is one of Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services platforms. I owned a wide portfolio of high-stakes product initiatives in a regulated fintech environment — from a fraud detection engine to a unified payment hub and a full mobile app redesign.

What I did

  • Built and shipped a fraud detection engine to protect millions of transactions across the platform.
  • Led the mobile app redesign end-to-end — research, IA, prototyping, and phased rollout.
  • Integrated a unified payment hub connecting SSLCommerz, AamarPay, and Mastercard into a single checkout experience.
  • Delivered KYC onboarding, a rewards and referral program, and BanglaQR integration.

Outcomes

→ Mobile app redesign improved bounce rate by 42% and conversion by 35%.

SELISE is a Swiss enterprise software firm. As a Business Analyst, I helped launch the company's first SaaS product — an end-to-end zero-to-one experience that required cross-border collaboration, rigorous SCRUM process, and deep engagement with offshore sales and technical teams.

  • Contributed to the discovery, scoping, and delivery of the company's first SaaS product.
  • Coordinated offshore sales teams across geographies to align on go-to-market requirements.
